Excellence

So today again will be another two parter. So, in the first half of class we finished off a message to Garcia. We learned that Garcia DIED, and he has other living relatives. We also found out that Elbert Hubbard hated the average Joe. And this entire essay was supposed to be inspirational. Because most people don’t want to do their jobs. So, they will make excuses and as soon as the boss turns his back, they will stop doing their job. In turn Elbert just wants more good people in the world because if we have more good people life would just work a lot better. 

Part Dos, Excellence this is a PowerPoint we read a little bit about during class. So, the essay Elbert wrote sold over 40 million copies and was translated into 37 languages. It got made into a movie twice. “take a message to Garcia” is slang used in different places like West Point. And Mount McKinley was originally named Denali by natives. But president Obama changed it back to respect them.
